For the past few years we have been fortunate enough to be able to “break bread” together and socialize as a team at Hops Restaurant during the wrestling season.  Anyone who is a fan of James River Wrestling is welcome to attend (parents are encouraged…) and enjoy fellowship with the coaches and parents of the team.

The JV guys will be going to Varina on Thursday, good luck and go get ‘em!

The Varsity team will be heading to Hopewell this weekend.  We are planning a “lock-in” for the varsity guys on Friday night (since we will be home late and leaving early the next day).  If any of JV guys are interested in going to see some of the action they may ride the bus on Saturday.  This year’s tournament will feature some much tougher competition and a host of new teams.  Should be interesting!

Team pictures will be taken tomorrow afternoon at 2:45pm.  If you would like to order pictures please return the envelope and order form the day of pictures.  Envelopes will be handed out at practice Tuesday, December 1, 2009.
